Company Profile

The company was founded by Late Sh. Raminder Lal Sajdeh by the name of Himalaya Woollen Mills in the year 1965. Then after his death in 1980 his elder son Sandeep Sajdeh took over and later followed by his younger brother Rajat Sajdeh. They are the both director of the company. Then in the year 1982, Himalaya Woollen was converted into Himalaya Processors Pvt. Ltd. This is a composite unit with in-house Spinning, Weaving, Dying & Processing house. The company was honored with Export Award for the first time exporter during 2004-2005 and award for merit for 33% growth in export during 2005-2006 by honorable Minister of Textiles Shri Shanker Vaghela on 11th Sept. 2007 at New Delhi.

Weaving Unit
Manufacturing of all types of Woollen Fabrics, Blazers, Melton, Plaids, Jacquard, Tweeds, Blankets, Throws, Shawls, Jacketing Cloth, Stoles, Felts for Tennis Balls & items of Home Furnishing etc. Equipped with latest machinery, lab and in-house quality control to meet all the export standards Capacity: 100,000 metres a month.

Knitting Division

(Knitting Division) Manufacturers of Curtain Cloth, Sofa backs, Table Tops, Bed Sheets, and items of Home Furnishing on imported German Rachel Jacquard Equipped with latest machinery, lab and in-house quality control to meet all the export standards We also manufacture all type of mesh, mosquito nets and other plain nets Capacity: 75000 meters per month.

Spinning Plant
